Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt as per taste

Directions

Step 1: Mix yeast and sugar in lukewarm water keep aside for 15 min till yeast grows.

Step 2: Mix flour salt and 1 tsp olive oil in a big bowl knead well for at least 10 minutes. Cover the bowl with a tide lid.

Step 3: Keep aside in a warm place to rise for at least 45 min to 1 hour.

Step 4: Again knead well for 5 min with little oil. shape up as a loaf and keep it in bread mold cover it will a lid.

Step 5: Keep aside to rise for 30 min. Finally, bake it at 180 degrees for 15-20 min ( time and temperature may vary). Cool it down. Ready to slice:)
