Ingredients
- Boiled Chickpeas: 1 ½ CUPS
- Garlic Cloves: 5-6 nos
- Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
- Gingelly seeds {til]: 1 ½ tsp
- Olive oil: 1 ½ tsp
- Roughly chopped Carrot: 2 medium
- Roughly chopped beet: 2 medium
- Red chili powder: ½ tsp
Directions
Step 1: In a blender mix boiled chickpeas, garlic cloves, lemon juice, gingelly seeds, oil and blend into
a smooth paste. Garnish with some oil, red chili powder, and parsley leaves. Authentic hummus is
ready.
Step 2: For orange hummus proceed the same as authentic hummus add chopped carrot while making
the paste in the blender.
Step 3: For red hummus proceed the same, add chopped beet while blending the paste.
Step 4: Enjoy colorful hummus with freshly cut carrot or cucumber sticks.
Step 5: Relish this dish during snack time without any guilt.
