Ingredients
For 10 Big cookies
  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • Jowar flour 1/4 cup
  • Sattu powder 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Peanut butter 2 tbsp
  • Chocolate chunks 50 gms
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup

Directions

Step 1: Whisk eggs in a big bowl,

Step 2: Add brown sugar beat well until paste forms with no lumps.

Step 3: Add all flours (oats, sattu, and Jowar ) fold the mixture with a spatula.

Step 4: Add salt peanut butter and chocolate chunks well. Don’t over mix the batter. Keep the batter in the fridge for half an hour.

Step 5: Scoop the dough into the baking paper. Keep a good distance between each other (10 inches). Bake the cookies at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
