  • Split dal 1 cup
  • Sattu powder 3 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda pinch
  • Homemade pizza sauce 1/2 cup
  • Medium chopped vegetables
  • Yellow capsicum
  • Red capsicum
  • Green capsicum
  • Baby corn
  • Mushrooms
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Paneer cubes
  • Mozzarella diced cheese 2 tbsp
  • Basil leaves
  • Oregano
  • Chilly flakes

Directions


Step 1:
Soak split dal for 2-3 hrs grind into a thick paste, add sattu powder,salt mix well.

Step 2: Add a pinch of baking soda at the end. Mix it properly.

Step 3: Take a pan that has a lid. Add little oil pour the batter like a thick chilla.

Step 4: Cover the lid, let it cook for 2-3 min. Flip the pizza base.

Step 5: Add pizza sauce, paneer, and cheese. For topping add all seasonal vegetables as per your choice.

Step 6: Close the lid cook for 2 min. Sprinkle some Oregano chilly flakes and enjoy.

Step 7: Satisfy your taste buds with protein-packed pizza.
