Ingredients
  • Sweet potatoes 1cup
  • Morio 1 cup
  • Black salt
  • Green chilly paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Roasted peanut (powdered) 1/4 cup
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Curd (home set) 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp

For garnishing
  • Jeera powder
  • Pomegranate
  • Roasted Peanuts
  • Khajur chutney 1 tsp
  • Green chutney (optional) 1 tsp
  • Corriander (optional)

Directions

Step 1: Pressure cooker sweet potatoes & morio for 2 whistles.

Step 2: Cool down, smash it well, add black salt green chilly paste, and ginger paste. Mix well make small balls.

Step 3: Take appam vessel, spread some oil, shallow fry the Wada. Take out once it is crispy and put them into cold water for 10 minutes. Remove wada squeeze a little remove excess water. Keep it aside.

Step 4: Take a bowl add curd sugar and black salt, mix it well. Add wada, garnish with Khajur chutney, Green chutney, Pomegranate, peanuts, Jeera powder, and garnish with coriander.
