- Brinjal – 1 (medium)
- Pumpkin – 1/2 cup
- Methi bhaji – 1 Bunch
- Bottle Gourd – 1/2 cup
- Tomato – 1
- Onion – 1
- Potato – 1
- Garlic – 2tsp
- Ginger – 1 tsp
- Lemon – 1
- Corriander
- Mint Leaves – 1/2 cup
- Carrot – 1 (small)
- Green chilly paste – 1 tsp

Masala
- Red Chilli powder – 1tsp
- Kasuri Methi – 1tsp
- Hing – 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Bay Leaf – 1
- Dry Chilly Whole – 2
- Salt per taste
Directions
Step 1: Take one cooker, add mix dal & roughly chopped vegetables. Add some water, salt, and turmeric. Pressure cook it till 3-4 whistle.
Step 2: Blend well with a blender
Step 3: For tadka, heat ghee, add hing garlic paste, garam masala, red chilly powder, bay leaf, and dry chilly.
Step 4: Add tadka to the dal. Add remaining masala. Some salt, ginger paste, and dry kasoori methi.
Step 5: Add Finely chopped mint leaves and coriander. Squeeze lemon before serving.
Step 6: Enjoy hot Dhanshak with roti and rice.
Step 7: This Recipe is a wholesome meal. A one-pot dish. Very nutritious which includes colorful vegetables and rich in protein.
