Ingredients
  • milk 1 liter
  • Curd 1 cup

For masala paneer
  • Red chilly flakes
  • Oregano
  • Parsely
  • Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Paneer vessel

Directions

Step 1: Boil the milk completely then add curd slowly into the milk, stir continuously. For masala paneer, add all the masala at this step and mix well.

Step 2: After few seconds whey (water) will get separated and the paneer will be ready.

Step 3: Pour the paneer into the paneer maker (special vessel) or muslin cloth, press the lid properly, drain extra water.

Step 4: Keep aside for 30 min till it cools completely. For perfect shape keep the paneer with the vessel in the fridge to chill for 4-5 hrs.

Step 5: Unmould the paneer cut into cubes. Enjoy homemade paneer which is 100% safe and healthy to consume.
