<li>Peanut butter 2 tbsp</li>
<li>Chocolate chunks 50 gms</li>
<li>Brown sugar 1/2 cup</li>

<p><strong>Step 1:</strong> Whisk eggs in a big bowl,</p>



<p><strong>Step 2:</strong> Add brown sugar beat well until paste forms with no lumps.</p>



<p><strong>Step 3:</strong> Add all flours (oats, sattu, and Jowar ) fold the mixture with a spatula.</p>



<p><strong>Step 4:</strong> Add salt peanut butter and chocolate chunks well. Don&#8217;t over mix the batter. Keep the batter in the fridge for half an hour.</p>



<p><strong>Step 5:</strong> Scoop the dough into the baking paper. Keep a good distance between each other (10 inches). Bake the cookies at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!</p>
