- Carrot 1

- Coriander 1/4 cup
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Fresh turmeric1/2 inch
- Lemon (optional)
- Pink salt (optional)
- Honey (optional)
Directions
For green juice
Step: In a juicing jar add chopped amla, coriander, ginger, fresh turmeric, and little water churn it well till it becomes a smooth paste. Strain it well. Add a little pulp into the mixture. Pour into a glass drink immediately for better absorption.
For orange juice
Step: In a juicing jar add chopped amla, freshly chopped carrots, ginger, fresh turmeric, and little water churn it well till it becomes a smooth paste. Strain it. Add a little pulp into the mixture. Pour into a glass drink immediately.
For red juice
Step: In a juicing jar add chopped amla chopped beet, ginger, fresh turmeric, and little water churn it well till it becomes a smooth paste. Strain it well. Add little pulp into the mixture. Pour into a glass drink immediately. For taste, you can add some lemon salt and honey.
