Ingredients
  • Banana 2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Egg 2
  • Brown sugar 3 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1tsp
  • Whole wheat atta 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt pinch
  • Melted butter 1 tbsp

Directions

Step 1: In a big bowl mash banana well. Add milk brown sugar and vanilla essence. Stir it well. Add 2 eggs again whisk for 1 min.

Step 2: Add dry ingredients like flour, baking soda, salt again whisk it well (consistency of the batter should be thin).

Step 3: Add melted butter to the batter again mix it well.

Step 4: Now preheat the pan, brush a little butter, spread it well with tissue paper.

Step 5: Now add batter on the pan make sure not to spread like a dosa. Keep it thick. Cook till pancake turns into golden color.

Step 6: Garnish it with honey, some chocolate sauce, chocolate chips, and some chopped bananas on the top.
