Ingredients
  • Masoor dal soaked 1 cup
  • Mix herbs 1tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt

Directions

Step 1: Soak masoor dal for at least 4hrs.

Step 2: In a grinder, take dal, add some mixed herbs olive oil Salt and little water. Grind it well. Consistency should be medium.

Step 3: Take a flat plate spread baking paper pour the batter evenly. Bake it at 250°C for 30 minutes.

Step 4: Cooldown completely. Cut in a triangle shape, again put them on grilling tray bake them for 10 min at 250°C (timings and temperature of the oven may vary).

Step 5: Enjoy these low-fat high protein lentil chips with hummus or hung curd.
