Ingredients
  • Corn (peeled and crushed)
  • 3 cups
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Green chilly paste
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tap
  • Lemon juice
  • Chopped coriander
  • Oil 1 tsp
  • Hing pinch
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Raisins 2 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 2 tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Salt
  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

Directions

Step 1: Heat a pan add oil, mustard seeds let it pop properly add hing, curry leaves, garlic, ginger, and chilly paste saute for few seconds.

Step 2: Add crushed corn, turmeric red chilly powder salt as per taste mix it well.

Step 3: Add milk gradually into the pan. Stir continuously. Close the lid, cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 4: At the end, add chopped cashew nuts, raisins, lemon juice and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander. Serve hot enjoy corn in this season.
