Ingredients
  • Ragi flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Curd 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • little ghee to spread on Pan

  • Salad Filling (take veggies as per your choice)
    • Purple cabbage
    • Carrot
    • Red Capsicum
    • Paneer
    • Oil 1/2 tsp

    Spread
    • Hung curd
    • Salt
    • Basil leaves chopped finely
    • Oregano
    • Chilly flakes


Directions

Step 1: Take Ragi in a bowl add curd, salt add a little bit of water to make a smooth batter.
Step 2: Spread a little ghee on Pan Prepare a medium soft chilla.
Step 3: Chop all veggies and paneer in Julienne style. Saute them with little oil.
Step 4: For the curd spread, mix all ingredients and keep it aside.
Step 5: Finally, take ragi chilla, spread hung curd well. Place all salad and paneer in the center.
Step 6: add some chilly flakes, oregano, some hung curd and basil leaves. Wrap it well. Lock it with a toothpick. Voila!
