Ingredients
- Channa flour 1 cup
- Curd 3-4 tbsp
- Ajmo 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder 1-2tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- Hing pinch
- Salt as per taste
Directions
Step 1: Take channa flour in a vessel add curd, ajmo, turmeric, red chilly powder, and salt.
Step 2: Mix it well if required add little water. Make a soft dough. Take a gathia maker grease it well with little oil and fill the dough.
Step 3: Now heat a pan add 1 tsp of oil add black Mustard seeds (ria) for tadka.
Step 4: Once the Mustard seeds pops add pinch if hing and water bring it to boil.
Step 5: Now it’s time to make gathiya directly into the boiling water. Cook it well for 10-15 min.
Step 6: Finally add some salt turmeric red chilly powder and some curd. Serve this healthy version of gathiya nu saak with some garam garam rotlo.
