Ingredients
- Metho bhaji 1 cup
- Choda ni dal 1 cup
- Green chilly paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Hing
- Lemon
- Oil 1/2 tsp
- Salt
Directions
Step 1: Soak dal overnight.
Step 2: Grind into a thick paste.
Step 3: Add green chilly paste and salt as per taste. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Heat a pan add 1/2 tsp of oil hing add finely chopped metho bhaji cook for 5- 10 min. Keep it aside.
Step 5: In a pan add water let it come to boiling point.
Step 6: Gradually make small Vadis of dal batter and put them one by one in water.
Step 7: You can add boiling water if required. Cook it properly till vadi floats well on top of the water.
Step 8: Now add cooked bhaji into the vadi. Mix it well. Cook for few minutes.
It’s ready to serve. Garnish into a bowl don’t forget to add a dash of lemon into vadibhaji subji relish with hot Phulkas or garam garam rotlo.
