Ingredients
  • Split Moong dal (soaked) 1 cup
  • Peas (boiled) 1/4 cup
  • Corn (boiled) 1/4 cup
  • Green chilly paste
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Baking soda pinch
  • Corriander finely chopped

    • For dip
    • Hung curd 1 cup
    • Lemon juice 1 tsp
    • Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp
    • Red chilly flakes 1/4 tsp
    • Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp
    • Garlic paste 1 tsp
    • Corriander finely chopped
    • Salt


Directions

Step 1: Grind split dal, peas, and corn into a thick paste. Add all the masala. And pinch of baking soda. Preheat the waffle maker grease it with little oil. Pour the mixer into the mold. Cover the lid cook it for 10-15 min.
Demould gently.
Step 2: For the dip: mix lemon and all the spices into a bowl and add hung curd. Mix well.
Step 3: Serve Green waffles, dip, and some freshly chopped salad on the plate. Enjoy this healthy version of waffles full of protein and probiotics Have it in breakfast lunch or dinner. It’s a complete meal.
