Ingredients
  • Split Moong Dal: 1 Cup
  • Moong Dal: 1/4 Cup
  • Tomato (Chopped): 1 Medium
  • Half Lemon
  • Garlic: 2-3 cloves
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Jeera
  • Ajwain
  • Bajri 1 Cup
  • Ghee 1 Tsp
  • Oil 1 Tsp
  • Kasturi Methi



Directions

Step 1: Take 1 cup of Jowar or Bajri flour. Add salt, oil & Ajwain. Knead a thick dough by adding little water.
Step 2: Make small baati balls. Preheat the oven at 20 degrees celsius for 5 minutes. Place baati one by one into the oven and cook it for at least 30-40 min at 180 degrees celsius.
Step 3: Take 1 cup of split moong dal and 1/4 cup of moong dal add water, some salt, turmeric. Cook in a cooker for around 2-3 whistles.
Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, salt, and add some water.
Step 5: Take a seasoning Pan, add 1tsp of Ghee add jeera, garlic, hing, red chili powder, and Kasturi methi add seasonings into Dal.
Step 6: Simmer it for 2-3, Dal is ready to serve.
